The Early Childhood Education Program provides a child-centered literacy-rich environment for young children from 4 months to 5 years old. The program is designed the meet the unique needs of English language learners. Children must have a parent or care-giver enrolled simultaneously in the Adult English Literacy Program. Our Programs / Technology and Education Program / Adult Basic Education Adult Basic Education (ABE) The Turn•Around Agenda is a member organization of ProLiteracy, Literacy Texas (state coalition for literacy), and Literacy Coalition of Greater Dallas, which allows TTA to stay abreast of the latest methodologies and trends in education.

For more than 10 years, our Adult Education program has provided services that help people learn the skills they need for career and life. We share a common goal of independence, self-sufficiency and self-worth with our clients. THE NEED The Demand for Adult and Family Literacy Services in Dallas County is Overwhelming.
